The arrangement is calculated in your browser: 3D view, volume & weight utilisation, centre of gravity, axle loads and numbered loading steps for the warehouse team.
Built for exporters, forwarders and warehouse teams
Fast 3D view
Thousands of boxes stay smooth. Orbit, cut by layer, show SKU labels, colour by consignee and present full screen.
Numbered loading steps
Animated loading order from the front wall to the door, with a text instruction for every step.
Centre of gravity & axle loads
See the CoG position, weight distribution and front/rear axle loads for trucks, including GVW warnings.
Early ODOL check
Warnings when weight exceeds payload/GVW, cargo extends beyond the deck, or axle loads are unbalanced.
Manual editor
Drag boxes with grid snapping, rotate, lock positions, measure distances and undo any change.
Container recommendation
Compare 20GP, 40GP, 40HC, 45HC and combinations, with a cost estimate when you enter rates.

Frequently asked questions
Is the 3D Load Planner really free?
Yes. You can plan loads, view them in 3D and get loading steps without signing up. A free account is needed to save plans, share links and export PDFs.
How many cartons fit in a 20 ft or 40 ft container?
It depends on carton size, weight and stacking rules. Enter the carton size and quantity and the planner calculates the arrangement and how many fit in a 20GP, 40GP or 40HC.
Is my cargo data sent to a server?
Not while you are only calculating. The calculation runs in your browser and the draft is stored on this device. Data is only sent when you choose to save it to an account.
Can I use it for CDD, Fuso, tronton or wing-box trucks?
Yes. Pick the truck type, then adjust the deck size, payload and GVW (JBB) to the vehicle registration. The planner shows axle loads and an early ODOL warning.
Can the result replace a VGM or official weighing?
No. Planner results are a planning simulation. Always weigh officially, submit the VGM and follow the operator or carrier approval.
What about multi-drop loads or several consignees?
Set a group/consignee and an unload order per item. Items unloaded first are placed closest to the door (LIFO).
