Pricing FAQ
Do prices include tax?
No. For rupiah payments, 11% Indonesian VAT (PPN) is shown separately at checkout and on the invoice. For dollar payments via Paddle, Paddle calculates tax as merchant of record based on your country.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months, use it for 12. Monthly quotas (Advanced Optimisation, AI credits) still reset every month during the annual term.
What is a Day Pass?
24-hour access for an occasional shipment: 10 plans, 200 SKUs per plan, 3 Advanced Optimisations, 20 AI credits and clean PDFs. It does not renew automatically.
How does the 14-day Professional trial work?
Once you have saved your second plan you can start a 14-day Professional trial without a credit card. When it ends your account returns to Free unless you subscribe; your plans are kept.
Which payment methods are supported?
Rupiah via Midtrans: QRIS, GoPay, ShopeePay, bank virtual accounts (BCA, BNI, BRI, Permata, CIMB, Mandiri Bill) and credit/debit cards. Dollars via Paddle: cards and other global methods. Stowage.id never stores card data.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
We send the invoice 3 days before the period ends. If it is not paid, access continues during a grace period and we send 3 reminders (days 0, 3 and 7). After that the account moves to Free without deleting any data.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access stays active until then.
Is there a referral programme?
Yes. Share your code; when a friend who signed up with it makes their first payment, you both get 1 month of Starter for free.
Need an invoice with a tax ID (NPWP)?
Add your organisation NPWP in Settings. Bilingual invoices numbered STW-YYYYMM-xxxx are available as PDF on the Billing page.
