Frequently asked questions

Is Stowage.id really free?

Yes. The 3D Planner and every tool can be used for free without signing up. A free account lets you save and share load plans. Paid plans add watermark-free PDFs, large Excel imports, multi-container planning, advanced optimisation and team collaboration.

Is my cargo data sent to your servers?

Packing runs in your browser. Data is only stored on our servers when you choose to save, share or export a load plan, and it is always isolated per organisation.

Which containers and trucks are supported?

ISO 20', 40', 40' High Cube, 45' HC, reefer, open-top and flat-rack containers; Indonesian trucks from pick-ups, CDE, CDD, Fuso, tronton and wing-box to trailers; standard pallets and air cargo ULDs. You can also define your own space.

Can the result be used as a VGM or an official document?

No. A load plan is a planning simulation. It is not a substitute for official weighing, VGM, the vessel loading computer or operator approval.

Can I import a packing list from Excel?

Yes. Paste straight from a spreadsheet or upload an Excel/CSV file. Up to 20 SKUs work without signing in; beyond that, a free account or a plan that fits your volume.

How do I pay for a plan?

Pay in Rupiah via QRIS, virtual account or e-wallet through licensed payment providers; international customers pay in USD. We never store your card details.

I am a forwarder. How does Stowage.id help my business?
