Palletizing
Palletizing is arranging cartons or goods on a pallet so that a forklift can move them as one unit. The 1,200 × 1,000 mm pallet is common in Indonesia, with a typical maximum load of 1,500 kg and a stack height of about 1,800 mm including the pallet. Avoid cartons overhanging the pallet edge, because their stacking strength drops. A 20GP floor takes about 9 pallets of 1,200 × 1,000 in a single tier, in theory.
