Out of Gauge (OOG) Cargo
Out of gauge (OOG) cargo exceeds the dimensions of a container, usually travelling on an open top or flat rack: over-height, over-width or over-length. On board, OOG can block neighbouring slots, so carriers charge surcharges and ask for drawings, dimensions and a lashing plan before accepting the booking. On Indonesian roads, loads beyond vehicle dimension limits need special permits and escorts; check the current rules.
