Fumigation Certificate
A fumigation certificate is the fumigation company's evidence that cargo or a container has been fumigated, stating the chemical used (for example methyl bromide or phosphine), dosage, exposure time, temperature and date. Several destination countries require one for certain agricultural commodities or packaging. It is not the same as the ISPM 15 mark on wood packaging. Use a fumigation operator registered with the quarantine authority and check current rules.
