Benoa Port is in Pedungan, South Denpasar, on a sheltered bay in the south of Bali. It handles a mix of activities typical of Bali: cruise ships and passengers, fishing vessels, and general cargo and containers supplying an island whose economy rests on tourism.

The port falls under PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 3, with operations run by the Pelindo Multi Terminal branch in Benoa. Development of the Bali Maritime Tourism Hub was designated a national strategic project by Presidential Regulation 109/2020, and the groundbreaking of Bali Benoa Marina took place on 22 May 2025. Throughout 2025 Benoa handled 65 cruise ship calls.

Benoa's UN/LOCODE is IDBOA.
